Every order is packed and shipped by us — the Woven Reading family — from Highlands Ranch, Colorado. We currently ship within the United States only.

• Processing time: orders ship within 2–3 business days.
• Carrier: USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after shipping.
• Cost: the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

You'll receive an email receipt when your order is placed. If your order seems delayed or hasn't arrived, email us at wovenreading@gmail.com and we'll track it down.

Free Local Delivery & Pickup

Local to Highlands Ranch or the south Denver metro area? Choose the free local delivery / pickup option at checkout and skip shipping entirely. After your order comes through, we'll email you to arrange a drop-off or a convenient pickup time — usually within a few days.

Returns & Refunds

We want you (and your little readers) to love these books. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

• Returns: you may return a book within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's in new, unread condition. Email us first at wovenreading@gmail.com to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is our error.
• Refunds: once we receive the returned book, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Damaged or incorrect orders: if your book arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No need to mail anything back.
